About us
Port Harcourt City One Love was founded by Captain Dokubo Briggs, Abiye Sikibo, and two others following the passing of their beloved friend, the late Attorney General of Rivers State, Emmanuel Chiwe Aguma SAN. Motivated by their shared memories, they envisioned a gathering of friends and peers from their formative years in Port Harcourt.
Our First Event
On September 13, 2018, a group of Port Harcourt city dwellers, including Captain Dokubo Briggs, Eugene Abels, and two others, came together to honor their friend and brother, the late Attorney General of Rivers State, Emmanuel Chiwe Aguma SAN. This tribute service marked the formation of Port Harcourt City One Love.
